Online and CATI Data Collection

The Research Spectrum offers a full range of data collection options. We were one of the innovators in the use of the Internet for conducting online surveys (or, Web-based surveys).

We recognize that each client has unique requirements, as does each research project. Therefore, we also maintain our capabilities in the more traditional Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) survey technique. At The Research Spectrum, we never try to force a project to an inappropriate data collection method.
